Template Page Title
Header 1 - Intro
Using templates for headers etc. Fill in some text ... see the "edit" link (top-right).
Best to create a login and author as yourself. Maybe add a home page link to your new page.

For images :
I normally put "placeholders" - just the link (like above). Will add the image (upload it) later - by clicking it.
