DVO Chroma

DVO Chroma is used to improve and fix various chroma (or colour) anomalies in source material. These include :

  • Chroma bleeding in video material
  • Chromatic aberration and similar camera lens issues
  • Colour artifacts due to bayering defects
Parameters

ch-dvo-chroma-enable

Use the Enable button to enable/disable the effect.

Strength

ch-dvo-chroma-strength

Range 0.0 - 1.0
Default 0.1

Set the strength of processing to perform. A strength setting of 0 will still perform some processing.

For debayering artifacts, try a very low setting (e.g. 0.0, 0.01).

Coarseness

ch-dvo-chroma-coarseness

Range 1 - 3
Default 1

Coarseness sets the filter size.

Be careful with this parameter and use for large chroma defects only.
