Deleting Media

To delete one or more segments from your timeline, select the segment(s) then :

 

Press your keyboard Delete key or
Press the lift/remove toolbar button ch-comp_lift-button

 

The track does not need to be enabled but must be unlocked : ch-comp_video-track-unlocked

If you have ripple mode on, you may see timeline segments move to fill the space created. See below.

 

Removing Marked Regions

To delete a marked region :

 

a) Set your Mark In and Mark Out points
b) Enable and unlock the track you want to affect : ch-comp_video-track-unlocked-enabled
c) Press the Lift Marked button ch-comp_lift-marked-button

 

All media will be removed between the Mark In and Out points on the selected track.
