Quicktime

To install Quicktime, select the Quicktime checkbox in the Digital Vision product installer.

  • On installation, disable the automatic update feature via the checkbox :

To determine the version of Quicktime you have installed :

  • Start the Quicktime Player
  • Help / About Quicktime Player

Legacy Codecs

Once Quicktime is installed, you should enable your legacy Quicktime codecs :

  • Start the Quicktime Player
  • Select :
    Edit / Preferences / QuickTime Preferences
  • Switch to the Advanced tab and enable encoding using legacy codecs :
